1、 Project Background | Actual shipment case of DC switchgear power supply matching in 2025

In our company's mining DC switchgear project in 2025, the customer needs to convert the high-voltage DC bus voltage into a stable 24VDC to supply power to the control system, communication modules, relays, industrial switches, and monitoring units inside the switchgear.

The voltage range of the on-site DC system is wide, and there are situations such as surges, voltage fluctuations, and transient impacts, which require high requirements for the stability, anti-interference ability, and installation structure of the power module.


In response to the project requirements, Guangdong Mingzinc Technology provides the MDD series high-voltage input isolation DC-DC power module solution, and customizes the structure based on the standard module. A standard guide rail installation structure is added to the back of the power module, making it convenient for customers to directly install it on the switch cabinet guide rail, improving assembly efficiency and on-site maintenance convenience.

The MDD series supports wide voltage input design, with an optional input range of 100-1300VDC, suitable for wide voltage input scenarios such as DC switchgear, photovoltaic systems, high-voltage DC distribution, energy storage systems, etc.


3、 Customized structural design | Back rail installation plan

In this project, the customer requested that the power module be directly installed on the internal guide rail of the switchgear. To facilitate on-site assembly, our company has customized the structure of the MDD series modules by adding a metal guide rail installation structure on the back of the module to achieve quick installation.
